A. RAM KUMAR
Born into a family of Lawyers, he is a third-generation lawyer with over 12 years of experience, his father being a successful practicing advocate with over 40 years of experience and his grandfather, a retired District Judge.
He was previously associated with M/s. Surana and Surana International Attorneys, a top tier full-service Law Firm based out of Chennai having international operations for 5 years (2013 – 2018) as a Principal Associate after his association with RUA Legal, a Chennai based full-service law firm for 4 years (2010 – 2013). He advices several clients for their corporate, commercial, real estate, intellectual property & dispute resolution requirements.
Corporate Law Practise - He has drafted, negotiated and concluded various complex commercial contracts, dispute resolution agreements, and intellectual property licensing and technology transfer agreements.
Real Estate Practise - He has promptly conducted property due diligence and rendered legal opinions, title search reports, etc., for various corporate clients and Banks. He has drafted, negotiated and assisted in the execution of several sale deeds, lease deeds, surrender deeds, release deeds, etc., for corporates before the various Sub-Registrar offices. He has also conducted audits of property documents collected for loan accounts of various banks and NBFCs.
Litigation Practise - He has appeared, represented and argued before various courts, primarily, the High Court of Madras (at both the Principal Bench at Chennai and Madurai Benches) on several commercial, civil and criminal litigations. He has also represented and argued before the City Civil Court, Chennai & Bangalore and various fora, namely, the Debt Recovery Tribunals, Debt Recovery Appellate Tribunal, District Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum, State Commission, Intellectual Property Office, the Intellectual Property Appellate Board, National Green Tribunal and the National Company Law Tribunal.
Further, he has been advising co-working and co-living companies with their business operations (including but not limited to lease, office space & service agreements) since 2018. He has been rending services as an in-house legal consultant (Head of Legal) (2018-2022) and from 2022 as an independent counsel for a Co-Working player which was a start-up in the year 2016 based out of Chennai and now having operations in over 4 major Indian cities.
VARSHA SURESH
Graduated as Topper of the Batch with First-Class Distinction from School of Law, SASTRA (Deemed to be) University, Thanjavur with B.A. LL.B (Hons.), she is a first generation lawyer and a practising Advocate enrolled with the Bar of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry, since 2016.
She was previously associated with M/s. Surana and Surana International Attorneys, a top tier full-service Law Firm based out of Chennai having international operations for 3 years (2016, 2019 - 2021) as a Principal Associate and Team Lead – Civil Litigation. She was associated also with M/s. Anand and Anand, a top tier Intellectual Property firm for a year (2017-2018) as an Associate wherein she had extensively handled litigation and contentious work relating to Trademarks, Copyrights, GI and Designs. She was also associated with M/s. IC Universal Legal, Chennai, a corporate law firm wherein she solely handled the intellectual property division and conducted various due diligences for corporates and start-ups.

Intellectual Property Practise - She has promptly conducted Freedom to Operate Search Reports, IP due diligence and rendered legal opinions for brand strategy, protection and IP registrations to various corporate clients and start-ups. She has drafted, negotiated and assisted in the registration of Trademarks, Copyrights, Designs and GIs before the IP Registry, Chennai and the Intellectual Property Appellate Board. She has also drafted and negotiated intellectual property licensing and technology transfer agreements.
Corporate Law Practise - She has drafted, negotiated and concluded various complex commercial contracts, lease agreements and dispute resolution agreements. She has conducted commercial due-diligence and advised various corporates on brand acquisitions.
